Title: how do I get tech support

each time I navigate to 'support' I wind up here. I am having problems with the program and want HELP.

This IS the support.  These boards are here for everyone, and if you have a problem we'll always try to help.  JRiver is able to keep the cost of their program reasonable because they don't have to spend a fortune on phone support.  While this means that it may take some effort to find an answer to your question\problem, usually you WILL get an answer!  This benefits everyone since we can all see the solution to the problem.  As for your next question, which is "Does JRIver read these boards?" the answer is a resounding YES!  The guys are great about looking and listening and correcting any bugs they find...  so like I said, if you need help just tell us what the problem is, and we WILL try to help.
