Title: Bug in new version?

After reinstalling version 185 I've got an error about Power User Privileges.   

Could someone tell what this message is? In my opinion it is not a message from Microsoft Vista.

I have asked the same question in the special topic about this new version, but I hope on special attention of the team of MC for this problem.

Try running once with administrator priveleges. (Right-click, Run As Administrator on Vista)
