Title: Buying 12.0 at upgrade price?
Post by: okvaal on March 09, 2007, 10:57:22 am
Hi.
Exactly where do I find the links/pages giving me the opportunity of purchasing 12.0 at an upgrade price?

(The info says: "If you currently own Media Jukebox 8.0 or Media Center 9.0, 10.0, 11.0, or 11.1, the price to upgrade to MC12 from any of these is $19.98.")

Thanks ia

You'll need to have the previous version installed and licensed.  Then install MC12 and purchase through MC/Help.

Thanks, but that's what I have done. (Version 11 installed and registered, MC12 installed and then I clicked Help/Buy Media Center. At the top of the form that opens then, it says "$39.98". What did I get wrong?

I don't see your MC11 code in today's logs. Make sure Media Center 11 is licensed - start it, and do Help->Registration Info.

If that doesn't work, note the time and post here...

Thanks,

My mistake. I had forgotten to register after a Windows reinstall. Thanks a lot. I've purchased it now.
