Title: Build Handheld Cache
Post by: envyc on March 09, 2007, 05:09:05 pm
Is there a setting to increase the number of concurrent conversions when building the handheld cache?

I know you can specify how many during a handheld synch, but during the standalone cache build it only runs one. Since many Pcs have dual or better CPUs, it would be good to be able to speed up the process.

Sorry, but building the cache in the background is one-at-a-time at the current time.

I know I've seen it before, but the Build Handheld cache button is now hiding from me.  Any clues where to look?

You need to have a handheld connected to see any of the options.  If you turn the cache on you'll have to hit okay on the option page and then reopen it to see the build and clear buttons.  (As they aren't available until you enable them with the okay.)

That's what I thought.  I can see the Clear one, but not the illusive Build one...
