Hi everyone,

I just downloaded and bought this product and it doesn't seem to want to work properly.  Everytime I try to burn mp3s I get an error 1040. I've downloaded all of the plugins and I've turned off my antivirus software as well went burning.  I'm using a p2 256ram with 450ghz - as well as xp any suggestions?  mantis@netcom.ca

Make sure you're using a new, blank CD which hasn't been pre-formatted by something like DirectCD or InCD. Also, try unchecking the "use generic driver" option on the cd writer settings page.
