Title: Bug? Unable to add to database

After ripping approximately my 500th CD, I am now getting an error message. Process concludes seemingly normally, all files are on disk and in the MC library. But I get a dialog saying:

Failed.
Unable to add to database.

We're working on it, there's a couple of other threads about this problem...

Next build will have these problems resolved. It's tested and works
