Title: Compatibility issue with ROXIO ?

I installed MC12 on my XP64 and it seemed like everything was ok at first
but now whenever I start a DVD with MC12, I get garbled audio and NO video.

The same DVD plays fine with Roxio and WMP.

I have tried reinstalling MC12.. no luck


Also.. I clicked everything to be associated with MC12, but 
if I DBL Click on the DVD icon, the Roxio player comes up.. not MC12

IS there an issue with Roxio ?

There was a problem with Roxio a couple of years ago.  Anything is possible.  Uninstall Roxio to test.

There is a current problem with a bad Nero DirectShow filter:
