Title: Smartlist Rule - 'Limit of Device' - What does it do?

I select my ipod in the list box for this rule and hit apply, then edit the smartlist again and it shows this rule as empty.

Is this a bug?

How does "Limit Percentage to" work?  Percentage in relation to what?
