Title: Purchase question

My purchased code for MC 11 will not be accepted for MC 12, and restoring does not solve it and I am running out of 'tries'.
Help please.

Install MC11, install its license, then purchase MC12.  That will give you the update price.

An MC11 license will not work with MC12.
