Title: Refund

how would I go about getting a refund for MC12. It does not work for many streaming media files. This is what I mainly use it for. I have been posting details of my issues for almost 3 months with little to no response. As far as I can see V12 is not "Beta" anymore. I have moved on to another media player.

I'm sure you still have my paypal address on file, so you can just refund to that address and disable my license key

Why would you buy it, if after 30 days it wasn't working for you?  ?

I think they don't provide refunds, since your given a 30 day free trial.

Had tested it as completely as I could. All streams were working then. ESPN does not now, since they Changed their links. MLB streams are almost impossible to stream, after they had changed their structure.  Problems I did have when I was testing, I was told it is only beta and will be resolved.
Plus I don't think links that work on every other player with no issues at all, should be a problem with MC

All the links you posted in the past were made to work with the next build released.  Some of the problems were from servers that reported incorrect MIME types. (so not an MC problem really)

If there are still problem links, please post them.

You should read that whole post.
I was having problems back then and was told it "is still beta" . Or something like that.

I Did, However Matt's Suggestion is a good one

If it is there bug they normally if not always get it fixed.

Programs are not always perfect, with your help maybe they can make it better.

If you want to continue, please start a new thread with specifics or bump an old one.  Check the latest build before reporting a problem.
