Title: Problem updating 12.0.157 to 12.0.198 :-(

After downloading the update from the 'Check for updates' in the 'Help' tab, when I try to install the update of 12.0.157(registered) to 12.0.198 I encounter the following error message:

Can not start program 'C:\DOCUME~1\Conor\LOCALS~1\InstallPackage - 1016.tmp' Error unkown. (31)


Can someone please help?!

what jimH means, is that there is a thread at the top called  Media Center 12.0.198 in that thread you find 198. you can download it from there and install. there were some builds in the past, i heard, that had a bug in the check for updates.
