Title: Notification when MediaCenter Closes

Is there a way to get notified when MediaCenter is about to close?  I did a quick C# interface plugin that updates my MSN Messenger with the track that is playing via the FireMJEvent Handler, but now I need to know when someone shutsdown MediaCenter so I can set the playing now code to Empty.
