Title: Splitting the Wiki

All the dev stuff has now moved to the Wiki... this is a blessing
and a curse at present,
great that we can edit it and everything..
however If i try to search for something it comes up
with non dev related stuff.  Equally some poor new users
likely to come along and end up looking at a whole load
of C++ code....

Could it be split either into 2 different wiki's with a link,
or have some sort of way of targetting the search?
