Title: Library locked message box is behind the splashscreen

When I load up MC with someone else having a lock on the library, the message box for this ends up behind the splash screen.  I have to move it to close it and have the application load up.

The message box should appear after the splash screen disappears and the main screen shows up.

The best place to post a bug is in the thread that announced the build you're using.
