Title: OT: Are there any "gapless" players for Windows Mobile 5?

On my WM5 PDA Phone (O2 XDA Atom) I have a pop and a gap of a second or two between tracks, both with Pocket WMP and with TCMP, which are the two I have tried so far. Are there any players that gives gapless, or close to gapless, playback on such units? Can it be that difficult?

Edit: Found one. PocketMusic. Not true gapless, but I think it's as close as I can get.
