Title: Library Server doesn't work anymore

I have Media Center 12.0.198 and suddenly I can't connect to my library server. it's not a network issue for sure.
First there's "Connecting to server, please wait"
Then "Media Center failed to load the library xx and will attempt to load preious selected library"

A new bug? maybe Windows Media Player problem related?

It needs to be the same version on both sides, but this could also just be a firewall problem.

 ;D Uninstalled MC12 on both ends. Rebooted, reinstalled, restored library from backup.

WORKS LIKE A CHARM.

I have still the same problem. Uninstalled, installed but same result as mentioned above.
So re-installing didn't work for me.

I haven't changed anything except installed the newest version .207.

Anybody?

Is this is where the "stop server" and "options" are the it's:


JRiver Library Server Version 1.0.34 starting...
Trying Port 80
Starting Auto Detect beacon
Running on Port 80

Otherwise you have to help me where to look...

Are you connecting via "Search for Library Servers" or using the IP address?

What happens with the tests here;

Make sure both sides are using the same version.

I use "Search for Library Servers" as I always did...

It always worked too.
Is there a point where things were changed?

What happens if you try the IP address, does that work?

Any changes in the network config?

There's been no changes to the search for server code in a long time.
