Title: Theater View.. When choosing display and closing display. Theater view is gone

is this normal? have looked through options but every time i go into theaterview, and choose play\double click it it goes into display view which is perfect then when i close display view it brings me back to mediacenter view not theaterview?

what am i doing wrong here?

Also i have read in posts here that there are other skins for theaterview? or  away to use your own pics for the backgrounds? is this true could you guide me how to accomplish this?

I've had mediacenter for years and this is my first time using Theaterview. and I'M liking it. and am thinking i would like to use it often especially when people are over. less confussing for them.

another addon? would it be possible to have a setting in mediacenter while in THEATER MODE that there is NO WAY to delete files? that way it would be a foolproof theater interface for kids and family.

Press "Enter" to return to Theater View. (works with the enter button on your remote if you have one as well)

(or Shift+F11 to toggle between Theater View and Display View)

so for those that dont know how to use it if they click on close display there is no work around then? I thought there would be away to lock theaterview open. but thanks for the explanation Matt.

I agree that we should be able to "lock" theatre view open
