Title: What's Going On with FLAC PlugIn?

Hi,
Okay, i've downloaded the InFLAC and EnFLAC plugins and have made many attempts to install them with selecting the "mjp" file, but each time I try I get this message:
"Failed to install package.
More Info: Destination file is in use.
C:\C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 1 for In_FLAC-v2.1.3.zip\In_FLAC.dll".
I get the same message with either plugin installation.
Obviously, I'm doing something wrong.
Any help would be appreciated!

You need to unzip the contents of the zip file first before running the installer.

I thought I had unzipped it when I opened the original folders.
