Title: MOV files unlisted

I've just noticed that all MOV files in my AutoSearch folders are unlisted by MC. Even "Import Folder" does not work. MOV files in Windows Explorer will still show the MC icon and will play in MC. Quicktime files are selected in File Associations. (using 12.0.207)

Try a search in MC for one of the filenames.  They could be under another media type (images, for example).

I'm not sure at all, but file association isn't enough: I think you must select that extension in the Auto-Import Folder settings

Thank you. The answer is indeed the requirement to specify individual file types in Options - AutoImport Options - (folder) - Edit Folder - Advanced. I'm a little surprised that Quicktime files weren't set by default; I would not have switched it off. But all's good now.
