Title: TheaterView: Jump To Letter and Overscan Compensation

I am revisiting TheaterView after a while now that it looks like plugins will be supported.  I know these two topics were discussed in the past so I was wondering if there were any plans yet to add them?

1) Type a letter in a TheaterView list/view scheme and it will jump to that letter (e.g. type 's' and it will jump to artists beginning with 's').
2) Some overall "margin" setting for TheaterView such that it is not cut off by my TV.  It appears that currently the size and position of all the objects in the Main.xml have to be adjusted to compensate for TV overscan.

Yes.  Both should happen in the coming weeks.
