Title: Insert multiple images in Visualization Studio
Post by: Mark Coutinho on August 25, 2002, 11:24:44 pm
Hi all,

I searched the forum, but I couldn't find anything on my question about the visualization studio.

I want to make a visualization of multiple photo's (jpg's) displayed one after another (interval, say, 5 seconds).
But when I choose Insert Image, then it seems that you can only describe the place of one picture (so, you have to type down the exact place). It would be a lot more easy to browse to that file (if 'browse' is the right English verb)

Now, do I miss something, or is that really not possible?

Of course it would be a whole lot easier if you could tell this studio to use all the files in a directory...

With version 8, you have to seperate multiple images with a pipe "|" like this: star.jpg|cat.jpg|trip.jpg

If you don't specify a path in front of the filename, it'll look in the [Media Jukebox]\Visualizations\Vis Studio\Images directory.

And you're right, a plain directory should work.  Version 9?

Take care.

My God! I wanted to put some 500 photo's in this visualization.
Probably have to wait for the next version of MJ :-(
