Title: Internal Volume - Volume Level percentage?

Using Internal Volume, the Volume Level is shown as a percentage value when pointing on volume slider. How is this number computed? I have noticed that if I set this to 50% then in DSP panel I see Peak Level 30% for audio originally recorded at 100% Peak Level. If Peak Level shows actual peak signal value as linear percentage of full scale signal (100% = 0 dB) then what number is shown as Volume Level percentage? Thanks.

Internal volume uses a logarithmic scale instead of a linear scale.  This provides a more natural and predictable control.

With a linear scale, the apparent volume difference of a change is much greater at the low end than the top end.  So the slider is too fidgety at low volumes and too unresponsive at high volumes.

A logarithmic scale fixes this.

Very good, but how do you arrive from 50% Volume Level to 30% Peak Level or vice versa? 30% is about -10 dB but how to get 50% from that?
