Title: Rect="70.7,11.3,100,50.4" ?

this comes from the Theater View skin xml. under picture item. ive mannaged to get the moving dices from upper right to nearly left bottom (Rect="1.2,50.1,17.2,97.4"). but trail and error. what i dont get is how it works, what do the numbers represent. can somebody explain?
