Title: RealOne Pop-up
Post by: T. Tunes on August 25, 2002, 09:15:02 pm
Whenever I try to play downloaded files or even play a cd, I get a pop-up telling me I must download the RealOne player in order to use Media Jukebox. It, also, informs me I don't _have_ RealOne installed. This is poppycock as I mistakenly downloaded RealOne when I first got this computer a couple of months ago (dumb newbie, I know). Is it true I can't use MJ unless I use it through another media form?

Mmm, it sounds like CD-Audio is linked to some nagware that is installed, Try using the Media Scheduler that will capture the extention back to Media JukeBox.

Look in preferences, associations.

Check there CD-audio on!

Then also activate the Media Scheduler, it works like an agent and will ensure that RealOne NEVER gets a say anymore!

It takes though a bit memory, but hey...Media Juke Box Deserves all that memory!
