Title: CD (2 sec) GAP and timing vs. 80 minute limit

I burn 80 minute CDs.  The burner seems to indicate the total song time not including any GAP that the burner is set to introduce. It appears that I have to manually calculate the 2 second gap time (say 40 seconds for 21 songs) and add it so I don't exceed eighty minutes.  The burner does not seem to advise of an overburn situation in this case.  I would prefer to see what my total burn time is. Am I missing something?
