YADB and Pix01 will be down for about an hour this morning for maintenance.

I moved the database cluster to a larger drive array and at the same time changed the locale of the cluster. It was originally
"C", which meant that lowercase or uppercase would not upper/lowercase characters with diacritical marks, and it's now
a UTF-8 locale, so that I can recognize upper and lower case A with umlaut as the same character...
