Title: Transferring Cover Art to Zen Vision M 60GB

Hello Everyone, I've read many posts concerning this issue and I have attempted all of them with no solution.  The Drag & Drop Method doesn't work since the supposed "Unknown Album" generic Icon doesn't appear as such, I get two icons one which states "All Albums" and the other actually is titled with the correct album name, but appears as a standard generic icon which does not accept the drag & drop routine.

I have been in contact with Creative and of course they suggested all of the same methods.  I have also reinstalled the software numerous times and since I am on dial-up(no choice out here in the SOCAL Boonies) it takes several hours just to update the Creative Firmware.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Would an upgrade to MC 12 help, eventhough the download would take half a day?  I am now using MC11.1.  Thanks...s2s

Please try the latest MC 12.  Handhelds are an evolving area, and we've done a lot of work since MC 11.
