Title: mpc decoder plugin doesn't work for 48khz

encoder seems working correctly but decoder identifies it incorrectly as 44.1khz. so slower playback than the original. the same file works fine with winamp or mj|PLS|winamp plugin.

now the playback is fine but there's some bugs related to file info.

16/48; time length is incorrect in both player dispay and tree view table. they show longer than real length.
24/48; in a playlist table, bitrates column is always 0. length column is correct but player display shows a wrong value like 16/48.
the difference varies. about 5sec for ~1min song and 50 sec for 8 min song.

length is fixed but..
"show avg bitrates..." actually doesn't work. player always display VBR bitrates. and avg bitrate is incorrect.
i guess some of the codes still use the wrong length noted above for the caculations.

No, the buffering backend changed. Consider that option hereby defunct. It will be removed from the next build.
