I have a Problem with JRiver Media Center 12!
I installed the TrialSoftware!
The program starts trouble-free and the operating surface is displayed!
But after approx. 10 sec the program aborts without any error message! >:(
I reinstalled it, but it doesn't helps! :-\
Please can anyone help me... is their other Software known as a source for the program abort!?!?

...if you need more special information, please post it! ;)

Please reinstall build 226 from the top of this board.
If you could post the tail of a log (Help > Logging) after a crash, it would likely tell us the problem.
Thanks.
-
sorry... but the log-files are empty.
-
You have to configure logging in MC Help.
Did you re-install build 226?
-
yes... I wanted to view the current and previous log... but they are empty!
and now I reinstalled build 226 but it doesn't help :-\
-
You probably haven't configured the logging.
-
oukey... so the log file includes much text!

does it help? ::)

After a lockup, restart the player. (using Task Manager if necessary)
Next run, pick the email logs option and email them to matt at jriver dot com.
Thanks.

ok

I'm not positive, but after looking at the log, I think the WMDM subsystem (Windows Media Device Manager) may be hanging on one of your devices.
In particular, "SD-Card (K:)".
Could you remove the media, or even unplug the device to test the theory?
Thanks!

;D ;D ;D ;D
wooohooo... it runs!
I can't believe... that f****** SD-Card was the problem! >:(
thanks for you help!! ;)
