Title: Any plans for vfd support?

At one point I used the lcd smartie plugin but deleted it as it often caused problems. Any plans on a similar plug-in down the road?

That would be nice! Girder supports vfd but doesn't really work with my setup (not to mention $100 price tag for girder). My mobo doesn't have an LPT port - I have to use a PCI add-on card which uses non standard addresses... :(
