Did it work with an earlier MC12 build? What was that build? Does it always crash instantly when you try to start Theater View or does this happen occasionally and perhaps after using it for some time?

What is your video card? Have you tried to update its drivers and do you have the latest DirectX installed? (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en)

It's likely that your card is having trouble with 3D graphics, but you might try uninstalling these:

For example, 3 x 256 MB would make 768 MB.

Do you have an integrated video adapter that uses shared memory? If yes, how much memory is allocated for it in the BIOS settings?
