Title: Saving media library

MJ saves media library during playback at the beginning of each song. I really hate this, because I can hear something like whistle or buzzing at the moment when MJ saves media library to harddisk. I have onboard audio, so noise from CPU goes directly to speakers.
There are other serious problems -  playback often skips at the moment when MJ saves library. Most skips occur when playing APE or CD.

I don't have these problems when I use party mode. I like this feature, but it is inconvenient to use party mode every day. I have empty password, but MJ asks for password whenever I need to change something in the media library.

Who had the stupid idea to save media library when songs are only played and no tags are changed ?
Is there any special reason to save MEGAbytes to harddisk and constantly rewrite the same data ?
Why is it so hard to remove it from MJ ?
