Hi,

Is there any way we can make adjustments to the remote server.
I'm looking to just add a line or two of code to make it password protected + make it fit the style of my website.

I think this should be possible. Look at the remote server that you can download from the plugins website.  Look at the J River WebUI at

http://accessories.jrmediacenter.com/mediacenter/accessories.php

This replaces the original remote server that comes with MC12 with its own set of html etc. files. So you can probably figure out where these files go and modify it directly.
