I couldn't find anything related with the search, but maybe someone has a similar problem or knows what to do..
I am using 2 monitors and MC 12.0.259 on Windows Vista. Whenever I close MC from being fullscreen on the second monitor, next time I open it up it looks like this:
It is still fullscreen, as I can't move it around, and it can be "fixed" by double clicking on the top bar and afterwards making it fullscreen again. So it's not horrible, but still kind of weird.
Even weirder because it only happens on my second monitor, not the primary one. Never had it happen with any program other than MC though, and with MC it happens every time..
Any ideas?

I've had the same problem with XP, only one monitor and MC older than .259.
I dont' remember what sequence of actions makes it happen on my system (haven't seen it happenin in a long time)

I can't reproduce this. I'm just running MC12 full screen on my second monitor. Click the close. Fire it up and it is full screen on the second monitor. Sounds like video driver/aqua (er, aero) oddness.

well... I use one monitor now but I used to use two in the past, so maybe my system still thinks it has two monitors 'cause I don't remember if I reinstalled\reconfigured my system after stopping using the second monitor.
I'm pretty sure I'm (and alway have been) using XP and that I've seen that problem with MC versions older than .259
I don't remember which hw and sw version, but I have an nVidia card.
If it will happen again I'll try to see if I can reproduce it.

Hmmm I have a Radeon 1600 Pro and use the latest Catalyst driver (but happened with earlier versions too). Maybe it has something to do with my two monitors being different resolutions (one is widescreen the other isn't)?
Oh well, it doesn't keep me from using MC just thought it was odd :)

my second monitor was smaller as well

I've had this on XP also.
Mine with 3 screens, main (center) is 1280x1024, the other two are 1024x768 (ATI 9200 & GeForce 440)
My Vista doesnt seem to have any probs though.

Gave that a shot. Still worked fine.
Not sure what to tell you.

I noticed when resizing on Vista, the same effect is reproduced for the briefest time, but then the skin is resized to match.
What I mean, in more detail, is that for an instant, I see the screen as Kysira has posted, but then the skin is resized to suit. It almost seems as though MC isnt detecting the resize, or that it is failing to adjust for the resize.
