Title: 'file not found' when restoring license via internet
Post by: wackawacka on August 22, 2002, 07:51:14 am
Hi Folks,

i've just installed a new OS on my two computers and i wanted to restore my MJ license. As the old mrj-file i had on my HD seems to have expired i tried restoring the license via internet. So i entered my key but when it came to downloading the mrj-file i got a message saying 'file not found' in my download manager (LeechGet).

What can i do to get a recent mrj-file without using up all my restores?

TIA

Matt

Please see the FAQ under Jukebox/Purchase above.  You need to use your registration key to restore.  Read the FAQ carefully if you want to install on multiple PC's.

Hi wackawacka,

Can you try without using your download manager?
What browser are you using (try IE)?
