Title: TiVo Basic

Is there any hope for users of TiVo basic to be able to stream media to their TiVo?  I have the Toshiba TiVo + DVD player and it came with TiVo basic.  I get 3 days of the guide and certain features disabled ... but it didn't cost anymore than the cost of the unit, which was a *great* deal when I bought it.

That would be really neat if I could use my TiVo to stream content but I've never even had a chance to try it since it appears that Basic service doesn't allow it.  How much is the full TiVo membership now?

Update your firmware/software, then click the TiVo button. If the option is there, it should work. If not, you'll need to talk to TiVo.
