Title: Open Library as Read only?

By default, if multiple machines share a library, the first machine that launches has read / write access, all future machines will have read access.

I would like to be able for certain machines to open in read only, and one particular machine to have read write access. Is this possible?

There's a /LibraryReadOnly command line switch, but i'm not sure if it does what you need
