Title: Podcasts won't stay 'deleted'.

With 259 and now 267 the Podcasts aren't staying 'deleted'.  Once I delete the podcast from the queue the next refresh causes it to come right back in the list wanting to download again.  This is happening with ALL of my podcast feeds, so I don't think it is just a specific feed issue.  If I 'clean up' a feed so that it only contains the unheard podcasts, the next time I start MC it wants to download all the files again.

One example:  http://www.formulapod.com/feed.xml

I am 100% caught up on that feed.  If I delete all of the entries then nothing is in the queue. If I click show deleted episodes they all show up there.
Shut down MC, restart, now every past show shows up under both the 'show deleted episodes' and 'hide deleted episodes' views with a status of 'download disabled'.  If I turn auto download on then they all re-download.

I'm also seeing this problem, it's bothering me so much I registered just to post. This needs to be fixed.

Fixed in 271 or higher...
