some poor guy at ms worked on that message box for a week, cut them a break.

I hear in the news 1 out of 3 X-Boxes go bad.

And there has been some complaints about the iphone's battery...  I think these company's need some better Quality Control....

There is always complaints about Phone batteries.

I would rather have the the battery large enough to talk\play all day than just a few hours.

how many re-calls have the phone makers had about them lithium ion batteries...

The message in the box probably had to be approved by a panel of M$oft attorneys. I wonder how much of such things adds to the cost of the product.  ::)

Where?  Everything I've read and experienced with my own iPhone show that it is on par or superior to basically every other phone with a feature set as rich as this.  I have used it for 4 hours solid and not even quite hit the 50% mark...using screen, video, audio, cpu, etc reasonably highly.
