Title: PSP Sync and conversion with MP4

Is it possible to convert to MP4 before transfering to a PSP? I have searched the forum and haven't been able to find an answer so far. The only option I see as far as conversion goes is WMV (which PSP does NOT play). If this program was able to do that it would solve all of my media management problems. Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated.
