Title: Move Playlists from XP to Vista

I have an XP workstation with MC11 and all music set up with playlists.  I also have a new Vista workstation that has MC12 which I was able to put all of my music and transfer the liabrary over to.  I could not however figure out how to easily transfer the playlists as XP and Vista use different files names ie Music vs My Music or Documents vs My Documents.  What is my easiest path to move my playlists over while still retaining the Vista filenames as they are?
