Is there any update on netflix integration in MC12?
Last I checked, it didn't work due to not being able to get the necessary DRM license.
thanks,
Osho

No progress. We need help from Netflix and they don't want to do it (so far).

just out of curiosity, what IS 'netflix integration'? being able to see your queue or something like that? dont understand how DRM comes into play between netflix and MC.

This is about Netflix "Watch Now" movies.

I had put this in my Wish List for MC13 but remember reading this and hate starting a topic for something already said. Any chance there is any progress being made on this front. Would it be possible to have a new window open when you click a video link so IE takes over for MC so the file would play properly?

Jim did you guys do something with the latest build?
I added Netflix to my start menu as a customizable item and it took me to my account, selected (with my remote) the video I wanted and then all I needed to do was go through the standard "Accept" and "Play" to start my movie.
The movie plays as an overlay as best as I can tell as I could not get a screen shot of the video playing. It does in fact play in both partial screen and full screen. Quality is exactly the same.
What does not work though is fast forwarding or rewarding.

This is a great news if netflix integration is already working. I will restart my netflix subscription if it is working with MC12. Can someone else also please confirm if this is working now?
Thanks,
Osho

It is not perfect and you do need to be able to move your mouse with your remote, but other than that minor issue, it works. I just watched all of weeds and groundhog day within theaterview.

I just tried this and I got a Directshow error. I tried via going from Web Media under Video tab. Is that the same way you did?
