Title: Burning folders to DVD

I am using DVD's to backup my picture files.  I set up MC12 to burn a data DVD and dragged and dropped several folders to the action window.  MC12 proceeded to burn all the files but not the folder info, so that all I got was a DVD full of individual files.  How do I get it to put the files in folders?
