Title: Filters and Access Control

My list shows all mp3s on my disk. They are ordered on the disk in typical Artist-Album format. How can I see all files EXCEPT those in a particular folder? I looked at Filtering, but that seems geared to preventing people from seeing stuff you don't want to see, what with Password and all.

Is there another way to quickly display all mp3 files on a disk except those in particular folders??

Search (or make a smartlist) like:
-[Filename]="my secret folder"
