I'm attempting to use j.River on a Sony UX and the screen's too high-res/small to make out the mini skins detail controls properly. Is ther a way to increase the size of the mini skin?
-
Are you talking about the Slim View? That is generated from the Standard View skin, and in that case the buttons cannot be resized. However, there are other downloadable freeform Mini View skins that come in all shapes and sizes.
-
I've tried all the mini skins which looked good on the j.River addons pages.
Let me give you an example with my ravaged thumb. That is resting directly on the screen so you get an idea of how tiny the touchscreen is. That is the Sonixmedia mini skin.

How about using TheaterView?
-
Theater view is a bit confuzzling for me for some bizarre reason. I'll have another crack at it though. Logically that does make the most sense, but I'd like to be able to use the cooler Mini Skins.

Can you not downsize the resoloution?
It looks like the text is already minute to say the least?
-
Oh it is minute. 1024 x 600 in a 4.5" screen. But it is legible and I just want bigger buttons so I can press them with the finger instead of reaching for the stylus all the time.

Perhaps someone can make a Mini View (Freeform) skin for small touch screen displays?
