Title: MC11 license problem

I bought mc11 last year, and my computer died, I have tried to restore on new computer and I have had several "restore" licsences sent but none have worked, I still am in trial mode, and now its expired for the 5th time. I would like to upgrade to mc12, but I NEED detailed instructions on how to do this as I can not even restore old version.

Please see the link to License Info in my signature.  Make sure you have the most recent build of 11.1.  A link is in the FAQ.
