In Album view all of a sudden almost half of my albums are not displaying their cover art. When I click on an Album -> Files I can see that all the tracks except Track 1 display the cover art. What caused all these Track ones to lose their cover art, and how can I fix them without having to select every one of them manually?
-
I had this happening for a while too... but it's stopped now, I think.
Are you definitely running the latest version of MC12?
-
Did it fix itself? or did you have to manually fix the one's that are missing?

Mmmm I've noticed that I seem to be randomly missing the cover art on some tracks only, with the other tracks in the Album showing the cover art just fine. The smartlist "Missing Cover Art" shows no tracks without coverart. I can get back the cover art with "Update Library from Tags" but it is odd that some have "disappeared"
Thanks

I've seen this too, just thought i was going insane though, so paid it no mind.... :-\

I also had missing cover art at random points. They don't show up in the smartlist Missing Cover Art because if you look at the tags on them, they say inthe image file 'INSIDE FILE' they just don't generate thumbnails which are used for the acover display. I knew I had the cover art inthe files cause I spent 4 weeks putting it all into 60K+ mp3s under Jukebox then got home and upgraded to MC. I had so much info in the tags that I was concerned about using update tags from files. SO manually forced the missing art in with copy and pastes from other files in the album. Hopefully yhis doesn't crop backup again. I'm finally at 100%on thumbnails.

I too am a bit concerned on selecting all files and doing an "Update Library from Tags" but I really don't see any option except going through each album which is even less appealing.....
Thanks

If there is no other suggestions - I'm about to update my whole library!

Well it was quick (about 20 updates a second) and now it is all back (hope I did not blow away any metadata....)
