Title: Missing rating and tag information

I cleaned up all of my tags on my Windows XP machine.  I then imported the db into a different machine that is Windows 2000.  Why would some of the tag information not come over from my XP machine to my Windows 2000 machine.  On my Windows 2000 machine, I have a bunch of songs that are missing the rating information.
