Title: Cannot update my version of MC12

Hi everyone,

I have purchased MC12 and when I try to download the available update I keep getting the same error message:    "cannot start program C:\ (pathname name and file name here - 3128.tmp) - error unknown (31)."  I am assuming the update file has fully downloaded, around 15.8mb in size, I have tried 4 times (with and without firewall,spyware and virus checkers activated) and although the temp file name changes each time, the error message is the same.  Please help, its driving me mad!!!

There's a link to the latest build at the top of this board.  Please try it.
