Title: Where are tabs?

I can't find how to turn tabs on anymore!  I used to use it from time to time but it seems to have disappeared from what I've checked in the interface.

Well, thanks.  This happened at least once before.  I had it disabled so it didn't show up.  I like to turn things off I don't use but sometimes just start unchecking features randomly because it's tough to remember everything.
